FAQ

Non-board level repair normally take 1-2 days. Board level micro soldering repairs can take approximately 1-3 weeks depending on how busy we are.
We send all devices back by Royal Mail 1st Class signed for or Special Delivery. Typically this costs £4.45 – £7.99 for most smartphones and tablets. Bigger tablets and larger heavier devices will cost more. The postage cost will be added to your payment invoice along with the repair cost.
The only cost to you if we can’t fix the device or deem it beyond economical repair is the postage to send it to us, and return it back to you.
Once the repair is completed we will email you an invoice that gives you the option to pay by Paypal or debit/credit card. If we are dropping the device back to you, you have the option of paying by cash or credit/debit card with our chip and pin machine.
We try and use the best parts available. If it can’t be the original then will use the closest possible.
