How to Securely Package a Mobile Phone

Once you have purchased a repair service or received the quote from XFIX follow these instructions to Securely Package your Device.

 

After Package your device Follow the below instructions to send a device to us.

2. If you are happy with the quote, fill out the REPAIR FORM (PDF) with all your contact and device details. CLICK HERE for download the Repair Form.

3. Send this form with your device to the below address. Be sure to send it with a service that requires a signature so to avoid any issues with us not receiving the device. Royal Mail “Special Delivery” or “1st or 2nd Class Signed For” is a good option.
