XBOX One X HDMI Port Trace Repair & Connector Replacement

In this repair, we will be working on a XBOX One X motherboard that was mail in to us for HDMI port repair and replacement. The customer attempted HDMI replacement and damaged the HDMI pads and traces. Since no schematics or board diagram is available for the XBOX One X console, we have to create out own pin XBOX One X HDMI pin layout diagram. We used a good XBOX One X to figure out what component or line each HDMI pins connects to. We ran jumper wires to restore the pads and finalized the process with using UV Mask and overcoat to stabilize the wires and cover exposed traces that could cause a short.
